Dear Parents & Carers,

Update from Mr Perkins

Hello everyone! I hope everybody had a lovely Easter break.  The weather was lovely and sunny (if a little cold!) but it allowed the chance to get out into the fresh air and enjoy the early Spring sunshine.  It has been fantastic to see all the children back in school this week ready to learn and catch up with their friends.

You will be receiving a letter today regarding our new online paying service called Parent Pay.  This online payment service will allow you to pay for school dinners and trips and we will help us move towards becoming a cashless school in the new academic year.  Keep a look out for the letter!

I will be providing an update on our Covid procedures for the summer term next week and I would ask that you continue to wear a face covering on the school premises and maintain as much social distancing as possible.  This will allow us to keep all our school community safe and open for the children throughout this busy final term.  I will also be sending out some important dates in the coming weeks, so you are aware of key dates as well.

I hope you manage to get an opportunity to enjoy the glorious weekend I think we are going to have.  Enjoy and I'll see everyone back in school next week.

Litter

St Helens Star newspaper recently published an article regarding litter and highlighted the area around Willow Tree School as being particularly littered. Could you please ensure your children do not discard sweet wrappers/crisp packets/drink cartons etc and encourage them to dispose of their litter in the correct way. Thank you.
