Macmillan Coffee Morning

Thank you to all the cake donations and cake sales. We are still selling cakes today and will let you know how much we have made to donate to this important charity.

On Thursday 5Th October at Willow Tree, it is BREAK THE RULES DAY!

The following rules can be broken …

You can wear your own clothes, including crazy hair and you can also wear make up/nail polish. You can bring whatever you like for your snack, including sweets and crisps. You can bring squash in your water bottle and eat your snack in lesson time. You can have a long play time and play out lesson time. Lunch will be provided on the day and it will be junk food, chips and pizza or nuggets. Dessert will be cake and you can eat it first.

The cost of breaking all the rules for the day is £2.50 and this includes lunch. If your child is already on Free School meals or Universal Free School meals, there will be no charge.

Harvest – Food Bank Donation

We are delighted to inform you that, as part of our Harvest celebration, we will be holding a collection for the local foodbank at St Michael’s Church.

This initiative will demonstrate Willow Tree’s continuing support for the wider community including families who cannot afford to buy the essentials in these difficult times. You do not need to box up items but please ensure all tins and packets are in date before sending into school.

All donations can be made via your child’s classroom or the main office, and a display of these gifts will be made in the hall so the children can see their contributions to the Willow Tree family.

Please could all donations be brought to school on the Thursday 5th of October.
